The Superflite epoxy wood varnish is designed to seal all of the aircraft s wood surfaces, while at the same time acting as a primer prior to attaching fabric or applying topcoat.Â
Mixing Ratio:
Mix one part SF90 Epoxy Base to one part SF920 Epoxy Catalyst. Reduce 15-25% with the 7800-series reducers.
Clean Up:Â Â
Use lacquer thinner.
Application:
• Apply 1 – 2 medium wet coats over substrate
• Allow 15 minutes between coats, 60 minutes to topcoat
• Scuff after 48 hour period
• Clean gun after spraying is completed
