Shilajit* is compressed, decomposed plant material in an intermediate phase of becoming fossilized. Shilajit is pushed to the earth s surface during mountain range formation, where it oozes from between cracks and hardens into rock-like chunks, which can be reduced over heat into a viscous resin.

Shilajit resin is high in trace minerals and other compounds that are nutritive invigorating and immune-boosting. It is known as “destroyer of weakness” in Ayurvedic medicine. Our product is harvested in the Rocky Mountains.

To use: We recommend starting with an amount equal in size to a grain of rice. Dissolve in at least 4oz of warm water.
