In Person: Earth-Centered Healing — February 1st Online Sale

Come, bring balance and peace to your life with the aid of the plants. Put your feet in an herbal foot bath, breathe in the mint, and feel the comfort of the plants brushing on your body. Notice the shifts that happen when you tune in and let the plants and elements work their magic. These are ways that earth-centered cultures all over the world have worked with plants and their spirits to bring healing to their communities.

We will dive into: Plant brushings, Aromatics, Burning plants, Herbal Baths and harvesting working in the right relationship with the plants. Each person will receive an herbal foot bath, plant brushing & cleansing from Julia.

This class is taught in the oral tradition and is an interactive, hands-on class. If you are a note taker, please bring your own materials.
