A truly beautiful lens for Olympus OM system SLRs.

This is the desirable f2.0 50mm macro lens produced by Olympus for their OM series of slr cameras. It’s a sharp, fast lens with superb rendition and one of the finest lenses that Olympus ever offered. Well respected for its imagery and soft creamy background bokeh, it’s considered by fans as the very best 50mm lens that you can put on an Olympus. This lens comes from my personal collection. Normally I’d never consider selling it but after 50 years of collecting I’ve reached a point that I have to admit that I have more cameras than time.    

This hard to find lens looks like new and comes with front and rear caps and black original leather pouch. The coated glass is perfect. The focus adjusts smoothly, the aperture blades are clean and everything functions as it should. Needless to say, it’s capable of producing beautiful results with modern color and B&W films. 

All in all a very desirable, very beautiful lens.
